  • Case Evaluation & Documentation Guidance
    We will assess your specific situation—whether it's inheritance, gift transfer—and provide you with a checklist of all required documents. We’ll also help you collect or retrieve any missing paperwork through official channels.If documentation is incomplete or case is complicated, we will advise you accordingly

  • Legal & Government Liaison
    We prepare, review, and process all documentation. Our team will liaise directly with relevant offices—such as the land revenue department, local registry office, and NADRA - and keep you updated on the progress.

  • On-Ground Support & Updates
    Our representative will guide you through any in-person requirements, such as biometric verification or court appearances.

  • Final Transfer & Handover
    Once the process is complete, we ensure the property title is legally transferred (or to the gift recipient) and provide you with all final documentation.

    • Transfer to one heir (if required): Rs 50,000
